	Shelly & James Wedding: Kendal Parish Church. Wedding Reception: Storrs Hall, Windermere, The Lake District, Cumbria. “We first met David at a wedding one year before ours. On that day we thought what an easy going, well organised and nice guy he was. We then saw the wedding book and thought that he was definitely the one to photograph our wedding. We got in touch with David and arranged to meet him where he showed us some more of his photography. We knew then that we had the right photographer. Our wedding took so much organising and we were determined to make our special day one to remember. The day turned out to be perfect, better than we could have ever imagined and David captured the day spectacularly. We were so impressed with his meticulous approach to our big day. It was as if he cared about our wedding as much as we did. Before the wedding day David wanted us to meet him at both the church and then the hotel to plan where we could capture the best possible pictures. We knew then that we were in safe hands. Getting married is such a fantastic experience but on the day it can also be very stressful, hoping everything is going to turn out ok and go according to plan. David was so easy to work with. Because he had studied our wedding venues he was in total control and knew exactly what he wanted and this helped take the pressure off. Everybody commented on what a pleasant and nice photographer David was and how easy he was to work with. He mingled in well and caught some great pictures. When we had to choose the pictures for the wedding book it was very difficult because there were so many fantastic images to pick from. In the end we found it so hard to leave some pictures out that I think we ended with one of the biggest albums David has produced. When we received the finished wedding book we were gobsmacked at just how brilliantly David had captured the day and how wonderfully the album had been put together- a masterpiece. Your wedding day is always a day to remember but we are lucky enough to have a fantastic wedding album to look back on and recapture our memories. 	Amy & Matthew Wedding: All Saints Church Underbarrow. Wedding Reception: Storrs Hall, Windermere, The Lake District, Cumbria. David was fabulous from start to finish. The magazines recommend to go for someone you connect with and from the moment David started getting excited about the possibility of having the dogs at our wedding, we knew he was the one for us. During the run up, he was there to offer advice no matter how small the query and was always willing to work with any ideas we had. We met up a few weeks prior to the wedding to discuss shots and angles and this really settled my mind knowing what to expect on the day. When the day arrived, he was great. During the morning while I was getting ready, I hardly noticed he was there. I know from other weddings I've been to, Photographers tend to get a bit bossy with the guests, but David handled the larger group shots with a smile. Consequently the guests happy and relax attitude was definitely reflected in the photographs. The images were post-processed so quickly that when we arrived at our Honeymoon destination we were able to enjoy flicking through our wedding memories online. We couldn't be happier with the finished wedding book and would recommend David to anyone, no, make that everyone.

On looking at his work I was sure that his style of photography was perfect for our big day, but unfortunately David was on holiday on our big day and therefore unable to take our pics! We booked another photographer who let us down two days before the wedding so I rang David. He has such dedication to the job and kindness that he cut short his family holiday to come and photograph our wedding, to which I am still extremely grateful. David stepped in at short notice, yet everything ran so smoothly due to his professional nature. It was very much like having a friend at the wedding. He made us and our guests feel so at ease and even entertained our 2 year old niece!!! When we received the photographs we were astounded by how fantastic they were. We first met David at a wedding fair at the Lancaster House Hotel, and were instantly impressed with the quality of his wedding books. I looked at them from cover to cover a number of times, and then returned before we left to have another look! He was approachable and welcoming, and we warmed to him instantly. In the lead- up to our wedding, he was always available to answer our questions swiftly by e-mail or over the phone. When we had our initial consultation with him, he made us feel really welcome and made a real effort to get to know us both. On the day of our wedding, his calm and relaxed manner was evident from the start. He put everyone at ease with his organised approach, and kept us smiling with his warm sense of humour. Many of our guests complemented David, one guest was particularly impressed when he jumped up and down behind his camera to gain the attention of their child who was reluctant to participate in the shot! Following our wedding, David's images were available for us to view immediately after returning from honeymoon. The photographs were truly amazing, as David had captured the day better than we could have hoped. The quality of the images was outstanding and we couldn't have been happier with them. The only part we found difficult was making the selection for our wedding book, as there were so many beautiful images to choose from! Once we had made our final selection, we didn't have to wait long for the wedding book to arrive. Again, David was more than accommodating when I phoned him at 6:30pm during the week to ask to collect the book in the next hour or so! The final book was fantastic, and friends and family who have seen it, can't praise David and Sara enough. Thank you David for providing us with such stunning photographs of our special day, we will cherish our wedding book.
